RN with experience recovering open heart patients. Experience with impella, IABP, temp pacer highly encouraged. RN will also care for telemetry level patients as well. Titration of cardiac and vasoactive medications.Unit Description32 bed CV ICU/Telemetry mix unit. All on same unit. High amount of procedures including angiograms, vascular surgery, cardiac surgery, structural heart.
